Thank you for considering Mark Padgett Event Design. My goal is to provide a beautiful day for you, your fiancé, and your friends and families. I will do my best to keep it that simple for you.
I help to design the look, feel and style of your wedding and reception. Working with you and the florist, and providing vendors that best suit your personal style for music, colors, décor and cuisine and more. I also oversee all contracts, your payment schedule and help with negotiations. Event Design also includes all Event Coordination services listed below.
A detailed approach that includes coordination of all vendors: caterers, entertainment, photographers, videographers, florists, bakers, decorators, site contacts (church etc.), rental companies, officiants and anyone else involved in creating your wedding day.
At the final meeting, 2 weeks before your wedding, we will determine a schedule
of events and arrange any finishing touches.
At the rehearsal, I will organize the ceremony and distribute the itinerary to
the wedding party and explain details.
On the wedding day I will take care of all details, overseeing the entire day. I am the first to arrive and the last to leave, making sure you and your families’ desires are fulfilled completely.
