

Aside from the look being festive and fun, entertainment, food and beverages were equally important to Kristin and James and their families. They hired a singer to entertain during dinner who could sound like Frank Sinatra one song and the entire Eagles Band the next! Tamales were the featured item on the menu, with traditional and exotic fillings, including one made with duck and mango chutney. White Sangria was offered as the signature cocktail.
The bride and her bridesmaids’ handmade tissue-flower favor boxes were a hit and we made them an escort card as well to keep it “green”. The groom showed off his skills as a barista serving Mexican hot chocolate and Spanish coffee to a few lucky guests.
At the end of the evening Kristin and James handed out the centerpieces to family and friends completed with the lid for the Canister.
